Woofkes House Rules
We want Woofkes to be a happy, relaxed and safe place for everyone: dogs, humans and our team. So, before you settle in for a coffee, a bite or a little Woofkes time, here are a few simple rules to keep in mind.
HAPPY DOGS ONLY
Woofkes is a social space, so dogs must be non-aggressive and able to behave appropriately around other dogs and people.
For the safety and comfort of everyone, we reserve the right to refuse access to, or ask to leave, any dog or person whose behaviour may pose a risk, cause significant disruption or make other guests uncomfortable.
We know that every dog has its own personality. We simply ask that you make sure yours is comfortable being in a social environment.
KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PAWS
Even the friendliest dogs can have an unexpected moment. Woofkes is a shared space, and interactions between dogs can sometimes be unpredictable.
As the owner or accompanying person, you are responsible for your dog's behaviour and for taking any necessary precautions to keep them and others safe.
Please keep an eye on your dog and make sure they are not causing damage, injury or disturbance to other guests, dogs, our team or our premises. We strongly recommend that you have personal civil liability insurance covering your dog.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
In the event of an incident, accident or damage caused by your dog, the owner's or accompanying person's personal liability may apply, subject to applicable law and the terms of their insurance.
Please let a member of the Woofkes team know immediately if an incident occurs. We're here to help keep everyone safe and deal with the situation calmly.

Please respect our team, our space and fellow Woofkes guests.
No need to be paw-fect, just be considerate, keep your dog under control and help us make Woofkes a place where everyone feels welcome.
